How pricing works
Prices are set by the salon and shown on the booking page when you choose a length.
What decides the price
The length of the session you choose and any add-ons. Very long or very dense hair can need more time for the rinse and the dry, and we tell you that when you book, not after.
Session length: short, classic or long
Add-ons: steam, neck and shoulders, a conditioning mask, a blow-dry
Hair that needs extra time to rinse or dry
What the consultation covers
Every session starts with a short look at your scalp and a talk about pressure and anything to avoid. It is part of the time you book, and we don't start anything you haven't agreed to.
Deposits
We don't take a deposit for a single session, and you don't need a card to hold a time. Book with your name and a phone number or email.
Canceling or running late
Please tell us at least 24 hours before your time and we will move it or cancel it without trouble. If you arrive late, we shorten the session so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Add-ons are chosen when you book or on the day. We tell you the time each one adds before we start, and you can say no to any of them at any point.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.
A gift card works for any amount and any session or add-on. Buy one online or at the desk. Ask us how expiry works in Illinois.
